Every three years Wokingham Borough Council conducts a survey to fnd out how residents access and use pharmacy services across the borough.
Your views will form part of the Wokingham Borough Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA). The results of the PNA will published later in the year.
The PNA looks at:
The health needs of residents
What pharmacy services are provided
How easy it is for people to get to and access these services
How these can be kept and made better in the future
The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
