Leaflets have been produced that contains key messages about how people with dementia can stay well during the coronavirus epidemic and how their carers can support them.
IDEAL (the organisation for improving experience of dementia) have produced a leaflet that contains five key messages about how people with dementia can stay well during the coronavirus epidemic.
IDEAL used what they have learned from the IDEAL group of participants about living with dementia to address some of the concerns that people with dementia and their families have been expressing.
Members of the ALWAYs group of people affected by dementia were involved in producing the leaflet. The information will also be useful for family members or friends supporting a person with dementia (who may describe themselves as carers or caregivers).
