The local Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment is a survey that Public Health, within local government, is undertaking to make sure that pharmacies across Berkshire are providing the right services, in the right locations, to support residents.
As part of this survey we want to get your views on services, so your answers are important to us. The survey is anonymous and the feedback you provide will be used to plan our services.
The consultation period runs until 31/08/2017. http://consult.bracknell-forest.gov.uk/public/public_health_berkshire/pna_2017
